SHIPPING & RETURNS
For shipping, we use reliable courier companies like FedEx & DTDC to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders(which is applicable for Kolkata only), the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At Jupiter Fashion, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if, at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Jupiter Fashion website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Jupiter Fashion we have 7 days return and exchange policy, that gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.jupiterfashions.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:
1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
2. Product must be unused.
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns and exchanges are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
To return a product to Jupiter Fashion, please follow these steps:
* Create a 'Return Request' under the “Order History” section of the Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
* We offer a pick-up facility for the address used while placing an order.
Or to raise a return request please drop us an email at email@example.com and we will process your request. Kindly share the Order id, product name, and product code on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.
At Jupiter Fashion we have 4 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and Damaged goods to be shown with video after receiving.
Under Exchange Policy:
1. Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.
2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Note: please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 7 PM.
Please note that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for a refund depends majorly on the bank.
Banks will send an SMS to customers for a credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
